What I need: 1. Audit our existing Meta Ads account, review previous campaigns and identify improvements. 2. Set up and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns targeting qualified franchise buyers across Australia. 3. Set up Google Search Ads targeting people actively searching for franchise and business ownership opportunities. 4. Create compelling ad copy, appropriate targeting and lead generation forms designed to attract serious franchise enquiries. 5. Set up a simple, automated lead management system using Google Sheets, including email notifications where possible. 6. Configure and test Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking where required. 7. Safely remove Monday.com and Mailchimp integrations, ensuring all existing leads are exported and preserved. 8. Ensure all advertising accounts, campaigns, tracking and lead data remain under our ownership and control. 9. Fully test both advertising platforms to ensure leads are captured correctly and campaigns are ready to launch. 10. Provide a screen-sharing walkthrough showing me how to manage campaigns, monitor results and adjust budgets independently. Who I’m looking for: An experienced Meta and Google Ads specialist with proven success generating qualified leads, ideally for franchise sales or high-value business opportunities. This is a one-off setup and training project, not an ongoing management contract. I want a simple, cost-effective system without unnecessary subscriptions. Please provide examples of relevant results, your proposed approach, a fixed-price quote and expected completion timeframe.

**Title:** Comedy writer/professional speaker needed: jokes and talking points for a podcast guest appearance (confidential) **The gig** We're preparing a guest for an upcoming podcast interview and need a comedy writer or professional speaker to write a polished set of jokes and talking points. He's an expert in his field, and we want him to come across as funny, quick and likeable. The goal is short moments that clip well for social media. **A note on confidentiality** We've kept this post deliberately general. The client's name and the full brief will only be shared once you've been booked and have agreed to keep the project confidential. **Who we're looking for** - A working comedian, comedy writer or professional speaker, ideally with experience writing for interviews, panels or media appearances. - Dry, conversational Australian humour that suits a podcast chat, not stage-act material. - Comfortable making science, health and tech topics simple and funny. - Some NRL knowledge is a plus. - Reliable, quick turnaround, with one round of revisions included. - Happy to work as a ghostwriter, keep the client and project private, and sign a simple NDA if asked. **What you'll write** 1. Ten original, clean one-liners or jokes that work as short clips. 2. Catchy plain-English lines that explain the science behind a new book and make people want to buy it. 3. A quick 30-second pitch on what AI is and on an AI platform for doctors. 4. A light take on longevity as a complex topic, with room for a compliment to the host. 5. A sports crossover joke set (NRL) on whether science could keep players younger and extend careers. 6. Witty takes on current AI headlines, such as the "super intelligence" debate. 7. A few setups that make the host look sharp too. **Provided after booking:** a copy of the book, a fuller briefing, and the specific details and stats for the sports and tech sections. **Deliverable:** one clear document (Word or Google Doc).

I’m looking for an experienced social media manager to work closely with me on a 5–6 week launch strategy for my independent music artist profile. The accounts will be starting from scratch, so the goal is to build an audience and establish a strong online presence organically. I’ll provide approximately 25 ready-to-post videos. Minimal to no video editing is required. What You’ll Do * Create a strategic 5–6 week content calendar and manage posting across Instagram and TikTok. * Plan and publish Instagram Stories. * Provide creative input on captions, hooks, content ideas and ways to maximise engagement. * Stay up to date with the latest platform trends and identify opportunities for content to go viral. * Track and report performance, explaining what works, what doesn’t and how we can improve. * Work closely with me, sharing ideas and refining the strategy throughout the project. Essential Requirements * Must be based in Australia. * Must have direct experience working with music artists, musicians or rappers. No exceptions. * Strong understanding of current Instagram and TikTok trends, algorithms and organic growth strategies. * Experience building accounts from scratch is highly desirable. * 100% organic growth only. No fake followers, bots, purchased engagement or artificial growth tactics. When Applying Please provide examples of music artist accounts you’ve worked on, results you’ve achieved, how you’d approach launching an account from scratch, and your fixed price for the full project. Please don’t apply unless you’re Australia-based and have genuine music artist experience.

I’m looking for someone who can introduce me to genuine business owners who may need digital services such as websites, eCommerce/Shopify, digital marketing, SEO, lead generation, or business automation. You simply make the introduction. I’ll handle the conversation, proposal and project delivery. If your referral becomes a paying client, you’ll receive an agreed commission from the project. I’m looking for genuine connections, not scraped contact lists or spam. Please tell me what type of businesses you have access to and how you normally connect with business owners.
