Social media manager - Fashion Brand

looking for a creative and commercially minded social media manager to help build our online presence and increase brand awareness across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. We want to build a strong visual identity and create content that feels premium, modern, aspirational and relevant to a young fashion-conscious audience. This is not simply a posting job. We’re looking for someone who understands social media growth, content strategy and how to turn attention into genuine interest in a brand. What we need help with: * Develop a social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook * Create a consistent content calendar * Develop ideas for Reels, TikToks, Stories and static posts * Identify trends, sounds, formats and content opportunities * Develop fashion/lifestyle content concepts * Help define our social media tone, visual style and brand positioning * Write captions, hooks and calls-to-action * Increase engagement and organic reach * Build awareness with our target audience * Analyse performance and continually improve the content strategy * Recommend opportunities for influencer/UGC collaborations * Repurpose content effectively across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook The type of person we’re looking for: * Strong understanding of fashion, streetwear and lifestyle content * Proven experience growing social media accounts * Excellent understanding of Instagram and TikTok * Strong creative eye and understanding of visual branding * Able to create content that feels current rather than overly corporate * Understands what makes people stop scrolling * Comfortable developing ideas, not just executing instructions * Ideally has experience with Australian or emerging fashion brands We already have a brand and products — we need someone who can help us build the audience, create desire around the brand and consistently increase awareness and engagement. We’re open to an initial trial/project with the potential for ongoing social media management if the fit
