Overview I currently produce glass tile coasters using a 100 mm × 100 mm base tile, with 15 mm square glass tiles arranged in a 6 × 6 grid. At the moment, each tile is glued individually, which is time-consuming and inconsistent. I’m looking to develop a reusable 3D printed jig that allows me to place and glue all 36 tiles at once, ensuring perfect alignment and spacing. Objective Design and produce a tile placement jig that: ● Holds 36 tiles in a fixed grid ● Allows all tiles to be pressed onto a glued surface in one action ● Can be cleanly removed without disturbing tile placement Tile & Layout Specifications ● Tile size: 15 mm × 15 mm ● Tile height: 4 mm ● Grid: 6 × 6 (36 tiles) ● Finished tiled area: 100 mm × 100 mm ● Gap between tiles: 2 mm Jig Design Requirements Grid Layout ● 36 square pockets in a 6 × 6 configuration ● Pocket size: 15.3–15.4 mm (to allow for tolerance) ● Spacing between pockets: 2 mm ● Total grid footprint: exactly 100 mm × 100 mm Pocket Design ● Depth: ~2.5 mm ● Internal walls: ○ 1–2° draft angle (taper outward) OR ○ Slightly rounded internal edges ● Underside of pockets: ○ 0.3–0.5 mm chamfer to: ■ Reduce glue catching ■ Improve release ■ Prevent suction Overall Jig Construction ● Total thickness: 6–8 mm ● Flat back surface for even pressing ● Slight flexibility preferred (for peel-off removal) Handling Features ● 2–4 small tabs/handles on edges ● Approx. 10–15 mm protrusion ● Designed to allow easy lifting without disturbing tiles Optional (Preferred) Enhancement ● Outer alignment frame: ○ Internal size: 100 mm × 100 mm ○ Ensures jig sits perfectly aligned on coaster base ○ Improves repeatability and speed Material Requirements ● Prototype: PLA or PETG ● Final version: TPU or silicone (flexible) preferred for easier release Intended Workflow 1. Load 36 tiles into jig 2. Apply glue to coaster base 3. Flip jig and press tiles down evenly 4. Lift/peel jig away 5. Tiles remain perfectly aligned and spaced Full brief can be provided

I need someone to apply 200 kiss-cut sheet labels to 120mL PET bottles using a Label Ledge applicator + hard rubber brayer/roller (all provided). Goal: straight, consistent placement with minimal bubbles. Bottle/label specs - Bottle: 120mL PET, approx Ø49.4mm x 67mm - Label: 57mm (H) x 145mm (wrap) - Stock: metallic + matte laminated (stiffer → needs proper rolling/burnishing) Strong preference: you’ve used Label Ledge (or similar alignment/applicator) or have wrap-label/packaging experience. I don’t know the tool at all, so you must be able to use it confidently / learn quickly. Provided: Label Ledge, hard rubber brayer/roller, bottles + labels and clean work surface. Method to follow (step-by-step): 1. Wipe bottle label area with lint-free wipe (provided). 2. Peel only 10–15mm of backing (don’t peel all). 3. Place label on Label Ledge, align to guide. 4. Tack first edge straight on bottle. 5. Roll bottle along ledge to apply progressively while slowly pulling backing away. 6. Immediately burnish with brayer: 2–3 firm passes centre→out, then press top/bottom edges. 7. If small bubbles: re-burnish (don’t rush). Repeat. Quality standard: straight/no tilt, consistent height, no big bubbles/wrinkles, edges firmly pressed (no lifting). Time/Budget: ~4–5 hours total.
