Overview I currently produce glass tile coasters using a 100 mm × 100 mm base tile, with 15 mm square glass tiles arranged in a 6 × 6 grid. At the moment, each tile is glued individually, which is time-consuming and inconsistent. I’m looking to develop a reusable 3D printed jig that allows me to place and glue all 36 tiles at once, ensuring perfect alignment and spacing.
