We have a house that is pretty much empty that Tenant is moving into on Friday. The cleaner is coming Wednesday to do end of lease clean however before Wednesday we need someone to come in and help. Do a pressure clean help check pool levels and get chemical chemicals help take appliances out of the cupboard wash them and put them back in the ones that will be staying and just generally run around and help errands doing gardens etc

I’ve just moved back into my home after a knockdown rebuild and the pool has gone green from sitting unused. Pool details: Approx 5m x 3m (around 22,000L) Chlorine pool Sand filter Equipment is operational I’m looking for an experienced pool technician to complete Day 1 recovery only, including: Scope of work Remove debris Vacuum pool (to waste if required) Backwash & rinse sand filter Test and adjust pH Apply initial chlorine shock treatment Brush walls and floor Confirm pump/filter is set up correctly for ongoing recovery I will handle: Ongoing brushing Daily chlorine top-ups Filter backwashing Final balancing Notes Pool does not need to be perfect on day one — just properly treated and set up for me to continue. Please bring your own test kit. Let me know if you supply chemicals or if I should purchase them beforehand. Located in Umina Beach NSW. Flexible on timing.

Im looking for professional or highly experienced AI video artist to help to make a short up to 1 min video for social. I want that "real AI person:)" introduce our product (pool cover). I have the rough skript ready. Our product must be real or look as it is, no changes allowed to the product! I have a lot of videos, photos, not sure what is possible. In short I want to say: Dont buy this, its not for you! If you dont like the look of it (person covering eyes with hand or something), if you think its gonna cost you kidney (person could rip the kidney:), but its for you if you don't want to clean your pool anymore (leaves stop falling to the pool/stopped by pool cover), if you want to swim all year round (people swimming underneath), if you want to use your pool for hydrotherapy (someone walking in the pool under the enclosure), if you want to protect yourself form the sun (UV protection), if you want your kids to be safe (can get to the pool) ...something like this. I would prepare it more in detail. Again Im not sure if this can be done with AI so our product wont change at all!! Otherwise not interested. thank you
