3 bedrooms walls needs small patching after removing 3 aircon units . I will paint myself. Removal of a Gyprock piece in lounge room as per photos . Due to water damage (now fixed ) a 1-1 1/2 metre vertical crack appeared in Gyprock . It has been filled with no more gaps but needs fixed professionally l please . Will paint myself . I don’t know the cost so have just put $100 in budget . know it’s more but you tell me what the qoute would be please . Thank you

Need a small box built to cover an exposed pipe. The box will have two 90° corners, a vertical bulkhead to run around, and needs to join the bottom of the bulkhead. Photos of the piping are provided. The other part is a gap in the bulkhead that was an access point needs covering ready for painting. Approx. size for gap in bulkhead: 600–500mm. It’s not the one in the picture. Forgot to get a picture of this. Requirements: • Material: MDF preferred (gyprock may be needed for bulkhead section) • Smooth, paint-ready finish • Screw/fill and sand holes Skills needed: Carpenter / Drywaller with experience in small boxing or feature walls. Happy to pay for materials separately upon receipt.

Our sound studio in Pyrmont (Sydney CBD) needs a handy-man to come in this Friday 6th Feb afternoon, and again on Monday 9th Feb morning. Dimensions Length 4.60M X Width 1.80M X Hight 2.12M. The task (see photos for reference): Remove acoustic foam panelling from our voice booth Sand back/Chip off the 3 x walls to remove excess material, prepping the wall for painting. Plaster any damage from panel removal and paint 3 x walls + ceiling (we have the paint). Leave paint to dry over the weekend. Please provide own tools. Monday AM add new acoustic panelling, using wall mount brackets (we will provide these) Parking and waste disposal available. We have $250 to offer for this task + Air Tasker's fees. Friday 6th: earliest start is 1pm and we close at 6pm. Monday 9th: earliest start is 9am. Envisioning completion by lunchtime

Looking for a handyman / carpenter / plasterer to inspect and fix a - partial ceiling detachment near a window. The ceiling section where the blinds are mounted has slightly separated from the wall**, creating a visible gap where air is coming through. Blinds are ceiling-mounted, so this may involve: * Re-securing ceiling to wall or joist * Repairing / reinforcing plaster * Possibly re-anchoring the blind fixing * Sealing the gap properly (no drafts) Photos available and attached to task. I’m looking for an experienced stone restoration / granite honing professional to re-hone existing Uba Tuba granite to a true matte finish in a kitchen and two bathrooms. This is for rental reinstatement. The goal is a clean, durable, low-sheen matte finish — not decorative, glossy, or colour-enhanced. Scope • Kitchen benchtop and splashback • Bathroom 1 vanity top and splashback • Bathroom 2 vanity top and splashback All stone is Uba Tuba granite. Current condition • Previously sealed with a colour enhancer • Needs to be mechanically honed back to matte Finish required • Mechanical honing to a true honed / matte finish (approx. 180–220 grit equivalent or similar) • No colour enhancer to be reapplied • Seal with a penetrating, non-enhancing matte sealer only • One coat of sealer only Important This is not a polishing job. I do not want shine, gloss, satin or wet look. Please only respond if you have proper stone honing / restoration equipment (diamond pads, wet grinding, etc.) and experience with granite. Please include in your reply • Confirmation you’ve done granite honing before • Photos of similar work if possible • Rough estimate or $/m² pricing • Availability Happy to send photos of the areas.

Ceiling damage above window where a bracket was previously installed (see photos). Includes a horizontal crack along the plasterboard edge and small fixing holes. Bracket has been removed — cosmetic ceiling repair only. Task includes: • Secure plasterboard if required • Patch crack and damaged edge (tape and base coat) • Fill old fixing holes • Sand smooth • Prime repaired area • Repaint ceiling area above and around the window so it blends properly (not spot touch-up only, but not entire ceiling) No water damage. Looking for a neat, professional finish.

I'm seeking an experienced professional to mount my 75 inch Samsung QN800B onto a plasterboard/drywall wall. Requirements for the job: Provide and install a suitable mounting bracket for a TV of this size Securely mount the TV on the wall Cables can remain visible (no need for concealment) Power outlet is located directly below the mounting area for easy access The TV is already unboxed and currently on the tv stand. Please bring any additional tools or hardware necessary for safe and secure mounting. I'm looking for someone with previous experience in wall mounting large TVs, particularly on plasterboard or drywall surfaces.
