Need licensed plasterer / builder for garage ceiling inspection, damage report and replacement quote – Pakenham I have a sagging garage ceiling (approx. 36 m²) at my home in Pakenham. The ceiling has already been temporarily supported with timber props for safety. I need a licensed plasterer / builder (with ABN) who can: • Inspect the damaged garage ceiling (and roof cavity if required) • Take photos of the damaged area • Provide a brief written damage report including: observed damage likely cause of damage based on inspection whether repair or full replacement is recommended • Provide an itemised quote including GST for repair/replacement work This report and quote are required for home insurance review, so the report must include: ABN Business name and contact details Damage photos Cost breakdown Replacement scope may include removing existing plasterboard, installing new plasterboard/Gyprock, finishing and painting. Need a garage ceiling hung, i have framed it out ready to hang sheets, it is 6m x 6m roughly. I have 5 sheets @2.4m and 5 sheets @ 3.6m to stagger joins. Need someone that is capable, can use their brain and do a neat job. Will need to support garage motor while hanging and then screw motor back up thru plaster. As i wont be there to make sure its done right. Need someone that knows what they are doing and can problem solve as well. All materials and screws are there ready to go, just need you to supply stop up material. No cornice, just nice and tight to the walls and give me a square set finish or close to. Cheers

Plasterboard • Both sides lined with 10mm CSR Gyprock (2700×1200mm sheets) • Cut and fit around door opening, screw fixed at correct centres • Board only — no taping, setting, or plastering required 5. Cornice • 55mm CSR Gyprock cove cornice both sides of new wall, adhesive fixed ________________________________________ What is NOT in scope: • Taping, plastering, or painting • Any electrical or structural work • Anything not listed above Budget $1000 to $1200.
