Because they're on the same level, the communal areas can share the same photography, but unfortunately due to time constraints you will need to attend twice once for each apartment. 109 is a micro 2-bedroom, approx. 40m² plus common lobby, hallway and laundry Ready for photos from: Thursday 20 August Time: anytime 9:00-10:30am to capture NE light 102 is a Studio, approx. 23m² Ready for photos from: Monday 24 August Time: anytime 10:00-1:00pm to capture Northern light What I need: • A 360° interactive virtual tour of each apartment (not just static photos) — Matterport, DSLR panoramic, or another professional platform is fine, as long as it's easy to share as a link and embed on listing sites • Fast turnaround: finished tour delivered within 12–24 hours of each shoot — I need to list each apartment as soon as it's ready • A shareable link (and embed code if available) for each completed tour In your offer, please include: • Examples of previous virtual tours, ideally apartments or rentals • Software/platform you use • Confirmation you can meet the 12–24hr turnaround for both dates • Whether you'd prefer to price this as one combined job (both apartments) or two separate visits, and your rate either way
