Hi! I’m looking for a caring and reliable person to look after my little toy poodle, Poppy, from 24 February to 1 March while I’m away for work. Poppy is an absolute sweetheart, very quiet, well-behaved, and loves cuddles. She does have a little separation anxiety, so someone who works from home or is around most of the day would be best, as she loves being close to you and having company. As long as she’s near you, she’ll happily settle and sleep and won’t bother you at all. A bit about Poppy: • Toy poodle, small and gentle • Calm, affectionate, and loves cuddles • Fed twice daily (morning and night) • She has IBS, so she must only eat her specific dog food (this will be fully provided and pre-prepared into bowls) • Vaccinated and desexed • Not suited to being around large dogs, as she’s quite little and fragile • She must sleep indoors I would also love to receive occasional updates while I’m away, and if possible, to organise a meet and greet beforehand to make sure Poppy is the right fit for you and your home 🤍

I’m looking for an experienced dog groomer with Hydrotub or equivalent to groom two standard poodles. This can be an ongoing weekly arrangement if suitable to both parties. The dogs are 5 and 3 years old, vaccinated and have been groomed weekly, been used as grooming demonstration models too so very used to being pampered and stand well on the table etc The weekly maintenance groom with feet and face shave is supplemented with a detailed scissor Lamb clip every 4th or 6th groom subject to the season. Preferably you are located within 25km of the Sydney GPO.

I have a 2-year-old poodle mix who is working with a vet behaviourist and professional trainer for fear-based aggression. The task simply involves sitting or moving quietly around the house for brief periods while I conduct structured counter-conditioning training. No direct interaction with the dog unless directed.
