We have an ongoing relationship with a large Airbnb provider (our client) and we are looking for a new steam cleaning contractor to join our list of connections as our existing contact hasn't always got enough availability. The sites for this client are in Brisbane CBD, Fortitude Valley and Newstead commonly and all have parking on site. Keys are either collected at the property or their office (in city). Our current contractor provides the following rates with a min call out of $99. Carpet & Upholstery Steam Cleaning Prices * Carpet (per room): $35 + GST * Stairs: $45 + GST * Hallway: $10 + GST * Stain Removal Treatment: $99 + GST * Excess Pet Hair: On Review * Stain like makeup and blood spots $99 + GST Upholstery Cleaning: * Per Seat $35 + GST * Examples: * 5-Seater Lounge: $175 * 3-Seater Lounge: $105 * Armchairs: $35 + GST * Rugs: $35 + GST We usually do 2-5 jobs daily. I’m looking for an experienced dog groomer with Hydrotub or equivalent to groom two standard poodles. This can be an ongoing weekly arrangement if suitable to both parties. The dogs are 5 and 3 years old, vaccinated and have been groomed weekly, been used as grooming demonstration models too so very used to being pampered and stand well on the table etc The weekly maintenance groom with feet and face shave is supplemented with a detailed scissor Lamb clip every 4th or 6th groom subject to the season. I need all windows and glass sliding doors cleaned and all tracks cleaned out. We have only 2 sliding doors, 2 sliding glass cupboard doors & 1 small window. We have dogs so dog hair is a challenge. I want our very small laundry area floor and wall surfaces wiped down. I will take out the washing machine to make this easy. I want a thorough vacuumed of carpets in the 2 small bedrooms and the 2 small bathrooms vacuumed and steam mopped. I have a steam mop to provide that works very well. All floor surfaces in the lounge and kitchen need a vacuum and steam mop. I do not need cupboards touched. I just want someone to come in with a great vacuum cleaner. I will do the other duties needed I just need help to get it done. on Saturday. We only have a small 2 bedroom apartment 2 bathroom apartment.
