I’m looking for a qualified personal trainer to come to my home in North Epping twice per week for one-hour sessions. Schedule (non-negotiable): • Tuesday: 11:00am – 12:00pm • Thursday: 11:00am – 12:00pm I need someone who is reliable, punctual, and experienced in resistance training. The focus will be on adding structured resistance work to support my current weight loss and overall fitness. I am a 52-year-old male and currently active, but I have a partial frozen shoulder in my left shoulder. This will need to be carefully managed, so you must be confident working around injuries and modifying exercises accordingly. I am not looking for a high-energy, overly motivational training style (no shouting, high-fives, or theatrics). I want someone who can run sessions professionally, calmly, and with minimal fuss. I’m also not looking to train like an athlete — just structured, effective resistance training. Requirements: • Qualified and experienced personal trainer • Strong focus on resistance training • Experience working with injuries • Reliable and able to commit to the fixed schedule above • Professional, low-key approach Location: North Epping (home sessions) Budget: Up to $100 per session Looking to get started as soon as possible.
