Hi, I need a highly organized Admin Assistant to clear a major backlog of business paperwork. Due to work pressure, I am behind on data prep for my bookkeeper. This is a substantial project—estimated at 100 to 150 hours of total work. NO formal accounting/finance experience required. This is manual "donkey work" focused on sorting, matching, organizing, and digitizing files. You just need to be fast and accurate with large volumes of receipts and basic MS Excel. Tasks include: 1. Sorting through a large volume of invoices/receipts (paper and digital files). 2. Digitizing/scanning physical hard-copy invoices into clearly labeled, legible PDF files. 3. Reviewing personal bank statements line-by-line to extract and itemize business expenses (Director's Loan Account claims). 4. Creating a simple Excel spreadsheet grouping expenses by month/category and matching them to the correct receipt. Requirements: - Highly proficient in MS Excel (data entry, sorting). - Strong attention to detail (matching dates, amounts, and names). - Access to your own computer with Excel installed. - Honest, discreet, and reliable. Logistics: - If local to Fremantle / North Coogee (WA 6163), a physical pickup of hard-copy documents can be arranged. Otherwise, this can be done remotely via digital file transfer. We will start with a paid 10-hour initial milestone block ($20–$25/hr) to ensure a good fit, with the remaining hours to follow immediately based on performance.
