I'm looking for a qualitied registered tax agent to prepare my individual tax return for the last financial year. I had two jobs during the year and travelled for both, and I have work-related expenses and deductions I'd like reviewed to ensure everything is claimed correctly… have all kms recorded as required by the ATO all relevant receipts needed .. I'm also looking for professional tax advice about potentially renting out my existing property within the next 12 months. I owned the property before Budget night and would like to understand the tax implications, including rental deductions, negative gearing, capital gains tax and any transitional rules that may apply. I'd prefer to discuss this with an accountant who has experience in both individual tax returns and residential investment properties, so I can understand my options before making any decision
