47 m² of paving at a house in Parkwood 6147: a 6 m x 6 m parking bay plus a 900 mm path to the side gate. Plan with levels attached. Builder is cutting and grading the area to one steady slope from the street edge (RL 11.4) up to the house (RL 11.7), as on the plan, about 170 mm below finished paving level to allow for base and bedding. He also does the crossover, channel grate and soakwell. Area will be left as graded sand, not compacted. You compact the graded sand, spread and compact 100 mm of road base, screed 30 mm of bedding sand to the finished levels, lay to the pattern on the plan, cut in, haunch the open edges against the garden, sweep in joint sand and compact. Paving runs from the grate to the garden edges. I supply the pavers (60 mm second-hand concrete), road base and bedding sand, all on site before you start. You supply joint sand. Looking for a price and availability to start approx 23 Nov. Site ready from around mid November, exact date confirmed once the crossover is in.
