Looking for an experienced tiler or stonemason to lay approximately 6 square metres (5×5 pavers) of 30mm thick Silver Travertine pavers onto an existing concrete slab located in the backyard. Scope of Work: Concrete Prep (The Mound): There is a square metal support post on the edge of the slab that has a small concrete drainage mound around the base. You will need to chisel/grind this mound down so it sits flush or slightly below the slab level before laying. Laying: Lay the 30mm pavers on the slab. Must back-butter each paver to ensure 100% coverage and stability for thick stone. Cuts: Very minimal cutting required. You will only need to make 5 straight cuts to finish the length of the run, plus one precise square/U-cut around the metal support post. Scope Exclusions: You are ONLY laying the tiles. Grouting and sealing are NOT included in this task Materials & Tools: Provided by Me: Travertine pavers. Provided by You: Premium white flexible stone adhesive. All required trade tools, including a wet saw/diamond cutter for 30mm stone, and tools to remove the concrete mound. All.of the pavers are next to the slab.

I need approx 24m2 of paving done. The ground needs levelling as well. At the moment there is sand, 5m2 paving (needs removing) and a bit of grass. I would like a small deck installed on the front porch. The pavers on the porch can be used on the area’s out the front that need paving (x 3 garden beds). The backyard will be approx 16m2 and a rectangle shape that needs paving. I’m unsure of budget at this stage. I’m looking for quotes. I’m happy for someone to come and have a look?
