We have some paved areas of our garden which we are extending and need some help laying new pavers to match up with the existing. There are also some bits of the existing area that need patching up due to some old stairs being removed, and possibly some tidying up of areas where pavers are starting to shift and look messy. The photos don’t show everything so it might be handy to have a chat with someone about it, and there’s also some new stairs I need to put in but I’m not sure if the area needs paved first or if this would be done after the stairs are in. Re-level and re-pave 12.5m2 of driveway. This was previously a large garden bed, but we need it paved instead now. We already have all the paving tiles needed for the job. A small portion of pre-paved area has sunken and will need redoing too. But that’s captured in the 12.5m2 area. Located in Mount Gravatt. Additional work available if a good job is done on this first batch. You will need a paving cutter to get the done neatly. Excess dirt seen in photo will be removed before you start, or at least shifted out of the way.

Please ignore the $100 price tag. I require separate quotes for the following: 1. supply and installation of irrigation system and bore pump 2. installation of irrigation system and pump 3. instillation of irrigation system only A plan showing proposed garden and lawn area is attached. The bore is established and connected to power. The site will be levelled and cleared of all debris, ready for paving and landscaping. The attached plan shows the metreage of the borders from which square metreage for sprinklers can be calculated.

Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with paving to fix a small section of pavers next to my driveway. Some of the pavers have shifted out of alignment because this area occasionally takes vehicle load when parking. I’d like the pavers lifted and relaid properly so they stay in place. Work required: • Lift and realign the pavers • Re-level and compact the base if required • Ensure pavers are straight and aligned • Install edge restraint or concrete edging so the pavers do not move again The area is relatively small (please see photos). Location: Rochedale Flexible with timing. Ideally the base should be compacted properly and edge restraint installed to prevent future movement. Budget: Around $300 - $400 Please bring your own tools and materials if required.
