I need approx 24m2 of paving done. The ground needs levelling as well. At the moment there is sand, 5m2 paving (needs removing) and a bit of grass. I would like a small deck installed on the front porch. The pavers on the porch can be used on the area’s out the front that need paving (x 3 garden beds). The backyard will be approx 16m2 and a rectangle shape that needs paving. I’m unsure of budget at this stage. I’m looking for quotes. I’m happy for someone to come and have a look? Looking for an experienced landscaper, handyman, or small team to prepare and install outdoor pavers across several areas of my property. I will supply the main materials, including: - 400 × 400 mm pavers - Road base - Bedding sand/crusher dust - Decorative pebbles - Paver sand/jointing sand or suitable gap filler The person/team completing the job must bring their own tools and equipment required for the work. Areas to be paved There are four areas: 1. 101 × 495 cm — currently soil 2. 240 × 250 cm — currently soil 3. 288 × 250 cm — currently soil 4. 1200 × 250 cm — currently covered with crushed pebbles, which need to be removed before preparation Total area is approximately 48 m². Work required The job includes all preparation and installation work, including but not limited to: - Remove existing crushed pebbles from the 1200 × 250 cm area - Excavate and level all areas as needed - Prepare the base properly for pavers - Compact road base - Add and level bedding sand/crusher dust - Lay 400 × 400 mm pavers - Leave suitable gaps where required instead of cutting pavers - Fill gaps with decorative pebbles - Apply paver sand/jointing sand or suitable product between pavers - Install edging to hold pavers and pebbles in place - Recommend and install the most suitable edging type for the area - Clean up after completion Requirements - Must have experience laying outdoor pavers - Must have own tools, including compactor/plate compactor, levelling tools, cutting tools if needed, wheelbarrow, shovel, screed, rubber mallet, etc. - Must be able to complete all manual labour - Must ensure the finished surface is level, stable, and properly prepared - Must advise if any extra preparation or materials are needed before or during the job Please provide: - Your experience with similar paving jobs - Whether you are one person or a team - Estimated time required - Labour-only quote, as materials will be supplied - Photos of previous similar work if available
