Tasks required: • Pick up and re-level drainage stones already placed • Level the ground properly • Lay 3 large pavers evenly • Ensure water flows toward the existing drain • Remove or tidy any excess soil Courtyard area is very small (approx 2m space). Materials already onsite: • 3 large pavers • paver sand only one ba left • drainage stones 5 bags have been laid Access through the house is easy. I need the dead grass removed from a rectangular area (6M x 3M). I need all grass removed and the area cleaned up ready for new grass to be layed. May need 1cm of the top soil removed to be safe and the area tilled/cultivated to churn existing topsoil. Most of the existing grass can be easily pulled up in sheets. I am looking for a qualified Garden Designer or Horticulturalist to create a planting plan for my front garden (8mx5m) and rear courtyard (14mx5m). Project Status: All hard landscaping (paving, lighting, edging, partial watering system) is already in place and I can provide the scaled design drawings for this. The soft landscaping is ready to be done now. Scope of Work: On-site Consultation: Visit the property to assess conditions, light aspects, and discuss style ideas. Detailed Planting Plan: A scaled drawing showing specific plant placement. Planting Schedule: A professional table/list including: - Full botanical and common names. - Quantities required. - Recommended pot sizes for purchase. - Estimated mature height and width. - Soil type, additives, mulch required for planting etc - Water needs for the recommended plants. Requirements: - Please provide examples of previous planting plans or a link to your portfolio. - Budget to be confirmed following initial conversation.

Looking for an experienced landscaper or paver to remove existing terracotta paving and install new natural stone paving in our front garden entry area. The new design includes: • A fully paved crazy paving area directly in front of the entrance • A stepping-stone / crazy paving garden path leading to the gate • Stones set within planting with greenery between some pavers Landscape plans and reference images are attached. ⸻ Existing Work to Be Removed The current terracotta paving will need to be removed and disposed of prior to installation. Work includes: • Lifting and removing terracotta tiles • Disposal of materials • Preparing base for new paving ⸻ New Paving Scope 1. Fully paved entrance area • Crazy paving / modular flagstone layout • Natural stone paving on concrete base • Grout joints approx 7–10mm 2. Garden pathway • Stepping stones set through garden beds • Stones installed on mortar pads over compacted base • 80–100mm gaps between stones for planting Layout to follow the design drawings with a random pattern (not repeating). ⸻ Stone Specification (from design plans) Hand-chipped modular flagstone paving Approx size range: • 300–800mm x 300–800mm • 25–40mm thick Original specification references Eco Outdoor Endicott stone, but similar natural stone options may be considered. ⸻ Approx Area • Entrance paved area: approx 6–8 m² • Garden path / stepping stones: approx 6–10 m² Total paving involved approx 12–18 m², though part is stepping stones rather than continuous paving. ⸻ Site Conditions • Front garden entry • Access via front gate • Curved garden beds • Existing terracotta paving to remove • Photos and plans attached
