Looking for an experienced landscaper, paver or handyman to repair and reinstate a section of paved pathway/patio. The old paving has been removed and the area excavated and ready for preparation. I have mortar, sand and tools on site. Looking for someone to: • Prepare and level the area • Lay a mortar base • Re-lay and secure the existing stone pavers (or use available paving stones) • Ensure the finished area is level and blends with the existing paving Labour only required as materials are supplied. I need approx 24m2 of paving done. The ground needs levelling as well. At the moment there is sand, 5m2 paving (needs removing) and a bit of grass. I would like a small deck installed on the front porch. The pavers on the porch can be used on the area’s out the front that need paving (x 3 garden beds). The backyard will be approx 16m2 and a rectangle shape that needs paving. I’m unsure of budget at this stage. I’m looking for quotes. I’m happy for someone to come and have a look? We have an area of existing sandstone crazy paving (approx. 3–4sqm) that needs to be relaid and repointed. The stones have already been lifted and cleaned. We need someone with paving or stonemason experience to complete the job. What we supply: • All existing sandstone pieces (already lifted and on site) • Lime mortar • All tools needed for the job (chisels, hammer, trowel etc.) The job involves: • Preparing and levelling the base • Relaying the sandstone in a crazy paving pattern to match existing paving • Pointing/grouting between stones • Cleaning up on completion Important: This is a lime mortar job working with reclaimed sandstone — please only bid if you have experience with natural stone paving. This is not a cement/concrete job.
