Around Shed Area: 1.Clear weeds, rubbish and old materials around the shed. 2.Keep the existing slope, remove bumps and unwanted roots, and prepare the ground properly. 3.Lay geotextile and install a properly compacted crushed-rock base. 4.Add a thin layer of paving/bedding sand. 5.For the left-side corner area, lay recycled brick paving; for the narrow strip behind the shed, lay a few large-format pavers. 6.Maintain the existing natural fall for drainage. Shed: 1. Clear the shed. 2. Prepare the ground and install a properly compacted crushed-rock base. 3. Add a thin layer of paving/bedding sand and lay the leftover pavers. Final clean-up / waste removal. The total work area is approximately 5.8 m × 2.5 m. You can quote on an hourly rate and provide your estimated hours to complete the work, or you can provide a fixed price based on the work description. You can quote excluding material cost of recycled bricks and pavers. Thanks

Looking for a qualified tradesperson to carry out paving and drainage work for our sideway (site plan attached). Scope of Work: Paving: Supply and install pebble mix paving along the side passage as indicated on the plan. French Drain: Supply and install a new French drain along the boundary line to effectively collect stormwater runoff from both our sideway and the adjoining property. Connection: Connect the new French drain into the existing downpipe (DP) near the deck area. Grate: Supply and install a new grate near the front entrance/existing gate area as per plan. Cleanup: All materials to be supplied and installed by the contractor. Site must be left clean and tidy upon completion. Key Details: Site Access: Access via existing front gate (see plan). Plans Available: Site plan detailing water flow directions and placement is attached to this post. Timing: Ready to start as soon as reasonable.
