I’m planning a few modifications to my home in Salisbury and would like your help with design, documentation and council approval. The scope is: 1. Add a timber pergola to the rear patio (approx. [insert dimensions if known]). 2. Install an in-ground pool in the backyard (approx. [insert dimensions / location]). 3. Open a new external/internal door in one of the bedrooms (location shown on attached photos/plan). Could you please provide: • A preliminary site visit (availability next week?) and an initial design proposal; • A full set of working drawings / blueprints suitable for construction; • A quote for design, documentation and lodging the planning/building permit with Salisbury Council; and • An estimate of typical approval time and any likely planning constraints (setbacks, pool fencing, pergola height, etc.).

We recently renovated and got our patio sliding frame and doors replaced. The fitters took away the frame but were unable to take away the doors (due to company policy). The doors are unable to be collected at council pick up and are too long for our car to take them to the refuse collection point. Looking for someone to take them away. Can provide details of measurements if needed. They are glass with a metal frame.
