We have painted our kitchen cabinets in a colour we love but unfortunately, we didn't do the best job in terms of surface preparation so it's a bit lumpy and inconsistent in terms of the finish. We are looking for someone who is able to come in, gently sand down the paint (just to achieve a consistent texture) and finalise with one more lick of paint. We have an orbital sander and the paint!

Hi. I’ve got two built-in wardrobes in my apartment that I’d like painted in a modern grey / blue, and I’m after someone who takes pride in a clean, lasting finish. The job is for painting two full wardrobes (one in each room) including doors, door frames and wardrobe frames. The wardrobes have sliding doors and aluminium frames, so they’ll need proper prep to hold the paint well, a good clean, sand, and the right primer for the surface rather than just a coat straight over the top and likely different paint for the edges to the front of the doors. The frames may need to be removed as well to get this done properly which I’m ok with. I care more about it being done properly than done fast, so I’m happy to work in with whatever time that takes and pay accordingly for the right person. I’ve attached a photo of the rough colour I’m going for so you can see the kind of blue I mean, but I’d be open to suggestions. Happy to talk through any of the detail, and if you’ve done similar cabinet or wardrobe jobs before I’d love to hear about them. Cheers, Dave

The ceilings are generally solid and do not appear to require replacement, however they have peeling paint, some staining and age-related cracking. Seeking advice on the best repair approach and a quality finish suitable for sale preparation. **Bedroom 1** * Approx. 3.4m x 3.3m ceiling **Bedroom 2** * Approx. 3.2m x 3.4m ceiling **Hallway Ceiling** * Approx. 6.4m x 1.3m combined hallway ceiling * Contains original Federation features which are to be retained and protected during preparation and painting **Scope to Include** * Scraping loose and peeling paint * Filling and patching where required * Sanding and preparation * Stain blocking/sealing if required * Primer/sealer * Two coats of ceiling paint * Careful preparation around existing Federation features * Clean-up on completion Please advise: * Whether materials are included * Availability Inspection welcome before quoting.
