We are committed to exceptional workmanship, attention to detail and delivering outstanding results for builders and homeowners. We are seeking an experienced Residential Painter to join our team. This role is focused solely on painting works for new residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities - Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, patching, filling and priming. - Apply paints, stains, sealers and finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, trims and other surfaces. - Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail. - Protect surrounding finishes and maintain a clean work area throughout the project. - Read and follow project specifications and finish schedules. - Identify and rectify minor surface imperfections prior to painting. - Liaise professionally with builders, site supervisors and other trades. - Complete projects safely, efficiently and within required timeframes. Skills & Experience - Previous experience as a residential painter, preferably on new build homes. - Strong knowledge of painting techniques, products and surface preparation. - High attention to detail and pride in workmanship. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and problem solving skills. - White Card (required). - Current driver's licence and reliable transport (required). - Own tools preferred.
