We are looking for an experienced painter to carry out some interior and exterior painting and maintenance work at our Airbnb property for a terrace house in darlinghurst. The house was last painted approximately four years ago and remains in generally good condition. However, a few areas now require attention to maintain the property’s high presentation standards. Work required: * Interior: Repainting a few selected walls that have marks or general wear and tear. * Exterior pergola & deck area : Painting and general touch-ups as required. * Front planters: Painting and minor maintenance to refresh their appearance. Please note: * We do not require the entire house to be repainted. * This is primarily a maintenance and touch-up job rather than a major painting project. * We are looking for someone experienced, reliable and attentive to detail who can deliver a professional finish. The aim is to keep the property looking fresh, well-maintained and presented to a high standard for our Airbnb guests.
