I am looking for a professional and reliable painter to repaint my entire 2-bedroom apartment. I have new hybrid floors being installed this Thursday/Friday, so the painting will need to be scheduled after that. The apartment will be empty, which should make the job more straightforward. Scope of Work: All Walls, Ceilings, and Cornices: Hallway Two bedrooms Lounge/dining room Kitchen Laundry Bathroom Doors and Door Frames: All interior doors and their frames. Balcony: The balcony will also need to be painted. Two Coats: Two coats of paint should be applied to all walls, ceilings, doors, and cornices. Additional Patching and Prep Work: The job requires significant preparation before painting, including: Patching a large hole between the main bedroom and the lounge room (brick). Patching a smaller hole between the lounge room and the balcony door. Patching four holes in the second bedroom where a TV was hung. Patching approximately 15-20 small holes from screws and pins throughout the apartment. All proper preparation, including sanding, filling, and covering of floors and other surfaces, must be part of the job. Materials: The Tasker must supply all painting materials (brushes, rollers, drop sheets, tape, primer, etc.). I will provide the paint colours once the new flooring has been installed. Clean-Up: A thorough clean-up of the work area is required upon completion. Budget & Timeline: Please provide a quote for the entire job, including all labour, materials, and any other costs. The ideal start date would be from this coming Saturday onwards, once the new flooring is complete. I have attached photos of the apartment to help you with your quote. Note: Please ensure your quote is for the complete job as described above. Please provide timeframe to complete the job.

Need an experienced painter to do the following: 1) Attend our unit and colour match the paint on walls 2) Go to Bunnings (8 min drive) and purchase the correct paint (keep receipt and we will reimburse for paints) 3) Do various touch ups around the unit getting ready for sale. Examples: (see attached photos) - Filling, sanding and painting of 5 sets of double holes left from old curtain rods in bedrooms - a couple of skirting board touchups that just need filling, sanding and painting - filling a big hole and some smaller ones on the roof then sanding and painting (where old light fittings have been removed) I would imagine this will take no more than the day for someone who knows what they are doing. We just want it done well so it doesn't look weird or noticeable.
