I have already patched and sanded any holes from photo frames etc. They were last painted in June 2023. Not in bad condition. I have attached an image of the floor plan. Description I’m looking for an experienced painter to complete final coats and detailed finishing work in a residential property in Stockton. Most preparation is already done — this is primarily precision painting and completion work, not rough prep. This job suits a painter who takes pride in clean lines, neat finishes, and working carefully around existing surfaces. I had started but am now due back at work so am unable to finish. Scope of Work • Drawers • Apply final paint coats • Fix and install handles to drawers when dried • Power points relocation patching paint work • Patch painting around changed power points • Colour: Dulux Natural White – matte • Ceilings • Patch painting from recent light changes • Undercoat already applied • Walls • Approx. 2 m × 1 m wall area requiring additional coats following wall removal and patching • Doors • 5 internal doors requiring final high-gloss paint coats • Wardrobe • Final coats of blue and white high-gloss paint • Stairs • Final coats of wall paint • First coat already completed • Bathroom/toilet • Boards requiring coats of Vivid White ad walls same • Trims • Underside trim painting - front surface complete • Must be done with great care to avoid paint transfer onto adjacent walls Balcony - internal side of rails require last coat of paint as well as underside of collarbond and support beams. Paint & Materials • Paint supplied (Dulux products) • brushes and drop sheets provided Requirements • Proven painting experience (finishing work essential) • Attention to detail and clean cutting-in • Reliable and able to work independently • Site to be left clean and tidy daily Notes • Day rate: $250/day • Additional days available if work quality is high (anticipate 3 days) When Applying Please include: • Brief outline of relevant experience • Photos/examples of similar finishing work (if available) • Availability confirmation for Tuesday 27 January
