Hi, I'm looking for a painter to freshen up the front of our pizza shop in Merewether. The job: • Exterior shopfront wall, painted brick/block in a dark charcoal colour, under an awning (see photos for size) • Includes the small corner section beside the side window • A few areas of paint are peeling, so these need scraping and spot priming first • 1 coat of exterior paint, colour matched to the current charcoal • Optional: freshen up the timber window and door frames. Please quote this separately Good to know: • It's an operating business, so work needs to happen outside trading hours, e.g. mornings before [time] or on [closed day] • Outdoor tables and stools will be moved out of the way for you • Footpath must be kept safe for pedestrians (drop sheets, tidy up after) Please include in your offer: • Whether paint and materials are included • How long the job will take Photos attached. Happy for you to drop by and take measurements before quoting. One coat should work since it's the same colour, but the patched spots may still show through slightly. Spot priming those areas helps, so I've kept that in.
