I’ve recently painted my walls but need someone to paint the ceiling 2 coats - living/kitchen/dining, bedroom, bathroom and hallway - see plan. Square set wall/ceiling. Note the ceilings are high, slope from 4.6-3.5m. There are down lights in the ceiling. Paint will be supplied, however if you can supply white ceiling paint please let me know. The walls have been painted Dulux wash and wear white. Open to any brand ceiling paint. Note the current ceiling colour is a very light grey. Please provide access/ladder/other to reach the ceiling. Ideally today Sunday the 2nd or Monday the 3rd.

We require a professional painter to paint the interior of a cafe. The total number of square meters is estimated to be ~40. Painting needs to be done on the 3 sides of the walls without dropping paint on windows. All interior concrete walls need to be cleaned and painted over. The height of the ceiling is estimated to be 4-5 meters high. So the person needs to bring a tall ladder to do the job. We will supply the paint and undercoat for the painter. The painter need to have all the tools including extension poles to do the job. Also we expect the painter to lightly clean the surface before starting the primer and then 1-2 layers of paint.

The task includes: • Painting the decorative trim and fretwork (currently black) in Antique White • Painting the front door in Dulux Blue, semi-gloss/sheen finish • Bonus: If you can also install a brass centre door handle, please include that in your quote The porch area is small but detailed, so neat edges and a clean, professional finish are important. Looking for a skilled plasterer or painter to repair and prep about 80 metres of architrave and skirting areas (2 bedrooms and hallway)before new ones are installed. Walls are freshly painted (paint supplied). The previous contractor didn’t prep properly, so there are visible marks and uneven plaster where old trims were removed. Scope includes patching, smoothing, and small paint touch-ups to blend into existing walls — no full repaint needed. Please work carefully around freshly painted areas. You’re welcome to suggest if touch-ups will blend in well or if minor extra work is needed for a clean finish. Separate quote later for installing, painting and caulking trims.
