Approx 11 metres of timber fence needs repair. Need two support posts to be added next to current ones that are rotting at the bottom (assuming easier than straight replacement of current posts) and replacement of new rails, and replace all palings. Painting of fence only needed on this side only (neighbour happy to do their section themselves) As very close to neighbours garage, the palings will need to attach from this side of the fence, so post will be visible on neighbours side. Need clothes line removed for access (happy for it to be permanent). All mess needs to be cleaned up. Aiming for it to look like other image.

The hinges on our bathroom door are loose and damaged. Additionally, we've noticed that the apartment's entry door is rubbing against the floor and has already scratched the flooring. We suspect the hinges on the entry door are also loose. We hope these can be repaired together.
