We live in a complex of townhouses and require a fortnightly garden and general outdoor maintenance person to come and make the garden bed nice and vacuume up leaves and do general outdoor maintenance etc. - There is a large plot in front of the townhouse with a slope that needs to be maintained. - Leaves need to be blown, vacuumed and picked up - There are quite alot of leaves down the side of the house and I want this area cleared and maintained - The steps need to be pressure washed and cleaned occasionally - The side of the house needs to be pressure washed once - Weeding needs to happen on the slope - The slope is a work in progress, slowly transforming it and transplanting other plants into it - The back patio needs to maintained as in all these palm tree nuts and leaves to be vacuumed up, hedges and plants trimmed and watered - The palm trees need to be trimmed with a telescopic tree pruner every now and then - Just looking for someone who can do overall maintenance and has initiative and knows how to maintain a garden. Unfortunately my husband is too busy . We will pay by the hour and start with 3 hours in the first week and then after that drop down to 1.5 hours for regular fortnightly maintenance. All equipment except the pressure washer needs to be brought. Type of gardening: Weeding, Whipper snipping, Garden cleanup, Other Size of garden: 50m²-150m² Has green waste bin: Yes

Reliable mechanic around the St George area (I’m happy to drive a little, but not too far). My Toyota Corolla just needs a standard service and a Pink Slip, there’s nothing wrong with it. I don’t currently have a regular mechanic, so I’m really hoping to find someone honest, reasonably priced, and reliable that I can continue using in the future. If you own a mechanic workshop or know someone you’d genuinely recommend, I’d really appreciate your suggestions. Bonus points if you can give me a rough quote for a service and Pink Slip. I need a complete apartment cleared out in Sydney. most of the items are in good to excellent condition and fully functional. The Tasker may keep, resell or donate everything after collection. The task is to remove everything from the apartment. All furniture and household items can be kept, resold or donated by the Tasker after collection.
