We are looking for a reliable, responsive person to assist with ad-hoc onsite tasks across our Airbnb properties in Surry Hills / Darlinghurst. This is a casual/ad-hoc role, ideal for someone who has flexibility during the day/night and can attend properties when needed. Tasks may include: - Delivering supplies or items to guests - Dropping off keys or access items - Collecting or delivering small purchases - Checking properties when required - Assisting with minor onsite issues (e.g. very basic handyman tasks) - Meeting tradespeople or allowing access to properties - Other simple Airbnb-related errands as required Requirements: - Reliable and punctual - Flexible schedule - can attend to jobs promptly, even after hours (within reasonable time frames) - Good communication and responsive to messages - Access to a reliable car - Comfortable travelling around city fringe/CBD areas - Able to take photos/videos and provide updates when requested Previous Airbnb, property management, or similar experience is a bonus but not essential. Pay: $40/hr — 7am–7pm $60/hr — 7pm–11pm $75/hr — 11pm–7am + public holidays 1-hour minimum per call-out Charged in 15 minute increments Any purchases reimbursed separately Most tasks will be relatively straightforward and ad-hoc. We are looking for someone trustworthy who we can build an ongoing working relationship with, as there may be regular opportunities across our properties.
