My son moved out of home into a gated townhouse complex in Tanah Merah approximately four months ago. He works full-time from 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday, and he is still adjusting to living on his own. He has Autism Level 2 and ADHD, and the new responsibilities can be overwhelming for him. He has a small courtyard that is currently overrun with weeds and leaves. He needs someone to: Remove weeds from the pavers Spray the pavers with weed killer Cut down a few overhanging branches that prevent him from using the washing line Do a general tidy-up of the courtyard There is also a small area of land (approx. 10m x 10m) that the owner has recently confirmed belongs to the townhouse, so my son is now responsible for maintaining it. The ground is too rocky to mow, so a whipper snipper is required for this part. Ideally, the job can be done between 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday (or on weekends), as my son will be home during those times to let someone in. His NDIS funding is self-managed, so payment can be made straight away. I believe this damage was caused by the tray of a utility. My Commodore is 15 years old. I use in for my work transporting aged people. Bodywork needs to be in safe condition, looking okay. I do have fully comprehensive insurance but I think they would want to write it off as they like to replace entire panels rather than repair. Market value is not high but it is worth a lot to me. .

Require the following home repairs: 1. Repair to internal door. Requires scrapes to be repaired (sanded, filler and repainted). (Will provide paint) and attach a new door handle. 2. Attach Dyson Vacuum to the wall. 4. Replace decorative post knob on stair banister (we have a new one). Remove old pine knob and insert/attach new one. 5. Fix stair balustrade that is loose. Needs to be reattached to the post. 6. Fix wood gap causing water damage. Needs filling. 7. Reattach a door stopper that has come loose. I have included photos of each of the jobs.
