Examples: – Rail shower set: Estilo 3-function (P0663830) – Mixer: Dorf Villa bath/shower mixer (P5003319) These are examples only. You must recommend the best solution and products for suitability, durability, and efficient installation (part cost is not the priority). A mixer with a large cover plate may help cover tiles and add stability. • If the vertical pipe in the wall is not serviceable, you may install the mixer at the outlet with a hose and holder, and make the vertical pipe redundant—include your preferred option in the quote. • Ensure all plumbing pipes and connections are concealed within the wall. • Also check the broken floor tile and quote this as a separate task. Step 2 – Additional works (fixed-price, itemised quotes). After Step 1, the property will be inspected for valuation. After inspection we may approve some/all items below, so we need pricing now. End Goal: Property is to be sold with no repair items or defects on a future building inspection report. PLUMBING PL1 Check hot water system and report issues. I have a bathroom leak issue and water has been leaking through to the ceiling downstairs. I am looking for a handyman to fix the problem. There are two suspected leak areas: 1. Behind the toilet. 2. Cracked silicone/grout between bathroom tiles. I have had a plumber inspected and identified that: 1. There are no waterproof tiles behind the toilet. The leak is likely coming from this area. 2. Water is travelling through the structure and appearing on the downstairs ceiling. 3. The toilet needs to be removed to inspect and identify the exact leak source. Scope of work: 1. Remove the toilet and identify leak source 2. Repair the confirmed leak as required (e.g., pipe connections, waterproofing) 3. Remove old silicone and apply waterproof silicone to floor tiles 4. Reinstall toilet and test for leaks 5. Once the leak is resolved, repair the damaged ceiling downstairs Please message me with your experience and quote. Thank you.
