I’m looking for an experienced handyman to complete several small-to-medium kitchen jobs. Ideally someone detail-oriented who has experience with cabinetry, flooring, and wall prep. ⸻ 1. Flooring • Lay/extend floorboards under newly installed black kitchen cabinets (flooring aquired) • Must be able to cut and fit neatly around cabinetry 2. Cabinet Finishing • Install white kickboard along existing white cabinets • Secure black pantry unit to wall (safety fix) 3. Wall Repairs • Scrape/remove wallpaper from one section of wall (approx. half wall) • Patch and repair wall to a smooth paint-ready finish 4. Ceiling • Paint a section of ceiling where work has been done (blend with existing) 5. Cabinet Installation • Install overhead cabinet that includes/excludes space for exhaust fan • May require cutting hole for fan + basic alignment ⸻ ✅ Requirements • Experience with similar handyman or light carpentry work • Own tools (including saws, drill, etc.) • Attention to detail — I want a clean, finished look 😊 Kitchen is mostly done just have these small jobs existing

Mirror Supply & Installation • Attend site to measure and confirm final dimensions (approx. 2600mm x 800mm). • Supply and install 6mm polished edge mirror cut to size. • Provide and install aluminium trim to the top edge of the mirror only. • Install mirror onto existing hardwood timber battens 65mm x 12mm thick (already screw fixed to concrete wall) using mirror-safe silicone adhesive. • Ensure installation is level, secure, and neatly finished with clean edges. Note: A thin layer of rockwool insulation with foil facing has already been installed between the battens. Additional Item – Window Trim • Supply and install aluminium trim above window (as per marked photo), approximately 1400mm long. • Align with mirror trim for a consistent finish. • Fix securely and finish neatly. • Yellow highlighted section in photo indicates exact location and extent of trim required.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified tradesperson to remove and replace an existing bathtub in a residential apartment. The price task is for labour only.
