I am the Applicant in proceedings before the Administrative Review Tribunal (NDIA matter). The Respondent (the NDIA) is due to file their next (possibly final) SoFIC prior to Tuesday, 26 August 2025 (4:00pm AEST). Thereafter, I am required to “file and serve any further submissions in reply” (not necessarily a SoFIC) by Tuesday, 9 September 2025 – in preparation for a hearing, scheduled for mid-September. This post is in regard to engaging a QUALIFIED AND LICENSED legal practitioner – to prepare my response / SoFIC. Insofar as the budget, it is flexible.
