Hi there, I’m seeking a qualified legal or business professional to assist me with exiting a company due to an internal conflict. I am the sole director of the business, with a 50/50 shareholder structure. Unfortunately, due to ongoing conflict and concerns regarding the other shareholder’s dishonest conduct in running the business as a shadow director, I no longer wish to remain involved. There is no shareholder agreement or constitution in place.
