We are looking for an experienced cleaner/property assistant to prepare a vacant residential unit for an incoming tenant. Scope of Work: General cleaning of the entire property, including: Kitchen Bathrooms Bedrooms Living areas Floors (vacuum and mop) Internal windows and mirrors Clean inside and outside of kitchen cupboards and drawers. Wipe down all surfaces, skirting boards, doors, and light switches. Clean the provided appliances: Fridge Washing machine Oven (including interior, trays, racks, and glass door) Remove any rubbish left behind and ensure the property is presented in a clean, move-in ready condition. Condition Report Required: Take clear photos of all rooms, walls, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances. Report any damages, maintenance issues, stains, marks, or items requiring attention. Provide a brief written summary of the property's overall condition. Requirements: Previous experience in residential, end-of-lease, or property cleaning preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to provide photos and a condition report upon completion. Own cleaning equipment and supplies preferred. The property is unfurnished, with only a fridge, washing machine, and oven included. We require both cleaning and a condition report to ensure the unit is ready for the next tenant. Please quote for both the cleaning service and condition report/photos as part of your offer.
