No cooking required. * Bringing each course to the table (food will be served family-style/pass-around). * Clearing plates and glassware throughout the evening. * Washing and rotating glassware. * End-of-night pack down, including washing crockery and glassware, wiping benches and leaving the kitchen clean and tidy.
