It is a professional property analysis application that will continue to grow over time for myself to use only. I have already completed the business logic, formulas, workflow and specifications. Initial Scope The application must: Scan public property listings (no paid APIs ) Search apartments/units in nominated suburbs (starting with St Kilda, VIC). Filter by maximum purchase price. Store all listings in a local database. Detect new listings and price changes. Prevent duplicate properties. Display listings in a professional interface. Export reports to Excel. Be modular so future features can easily be added.
