I need it rebuilt properly in Framer with full responsiveness, structure, and animations so it feels premium and launch ready. My builder has had a borehole report done on my property I am building a house on. It has been rated as a P classified site. My builder has advised my sites costs are fixed and even if they weren’t the testing was done prior to me accepting the tender so if there were additional site costs they would have been allowed for when the tender was presented. Wanting an independent geotech to review the report and provide comments on if the proposed footing design is suitable.

I’m hoping someone might be able to help me out! My daughter’s Dell Inspiron 14 - 5000 laptop has stopped working — she really needs it for high school. I’ve tried doing a factory reset a few times, but no luck. Now it won’t even turn on properly — I can hear it running but the screen just stays blank. When you Google Search an artist, images appear, it appears a troll has changed the top result. And based on my reading this can be changed via Open Graph? Looks like image code? When you click all images of this artist, that troll images isn't even there. So I was hoping to get someone tech savvy to fix this please?

We're a new and growing business that requires support to initially: - Configure Twilio to be able to send and receive texts (some basic set up already done - e.g., purchased phone number and set up compliance). Also configure with our management software API. - Configure Zoom Phone. We use Zoom Phone for our main business line as-well-as individual stores. We need to have these combined so that they're accessible via the one screen (but so that you know which line is receiving a call and can answer accordingly), essentially a mini call centre set up. For both desktop and mobile applications. Each individual store plus the main line needs to be individual in terms of the message bank etc. As with Twilio, some of the set up has already been completed. Ongoing, we would need someone who could action additional lines in Zoom and add to the same configuration as and when new stores are added.

We are looking for an IT solution for multiple contractors that have come together to work on multiple projects together. The team has: o Different clients (we will not all work on the same clients) o Different document channels (we will only need access to those clients we are working on) o Different permissions o Different emails (we all have emails for our own companies). We currently have 5 team members (2 Admin) but need to add additional people over time. We need to be able to all access the same Teams Account and folders within One Drive / Teams. We are also finding we cannot use the Teams App as “Multiple personal accounts aren't supported in Teams yet”. As such, we may need to help individual users set up their Teams correctly.
