Please base the space distribution and flow on these outlined needs. ⸻ 📦 Deliverables Expected The selected designer is expected to provide: 1. Architectural Drawings • Floor plans for all levels (ground, first, penthouse) • Furniture layout must be included in each floor plan to clearly communicate spatial functionality • Elevations from all sides • Site plan showing integration of indoor and outdoor spaces • Landscape layout including pool placement and garden zones 2. 3D Visualizations • At least three high-quality 3D rendered views, including: • Front façade • Garden/pool area • Interior perspective 3.
