I have attached: The current floor plan A proposed concept/idea for the renovation Scope of work: Design a modern, functional renovation and extension plan Incorporate a new bathroom into the layout Optimise the use of space (living, dining, kitchen, etc.) Ensure the design is practical and aligned with Australian standards Key constraint: I am not able to demolish The Whole wall in the middle (first living) Only the middle wall can be demolished — other structural elements must remain. I’m open to creative ideas and would appreciate a professional layout that improves flow, usability, and overall aesthetics of the home.
