I need an Electrical and Gas Safety Certification for a house I’d like to enter as a tenant. Apparently it is needed before a rental agreement can be completed. The landlord asked me to organise it. It is a double storey house with 1 bedroom and a study being downstairs and the other 3 bedrooms being upstairs (4 bedrooms total). Only the stove is gas, everything else is electric.

As part of a bathroom renovation, seeking a tiler who can tile over the top of floor tiles and wall tiles to the same height as the existing tiles. The tile sizes are all 300x600. The floor area for the bathroom is 23 sq metre and toilet 3 sq metre. The bathroom wall area to be tiled is approx 30 sq metre and we would like a row of tiles in the bathroom is approx 2 sq metre. As part of the job, we would need the contractor measure and advise final quantities to order. We need the waterproofing and tiling to commence any time from 1 January and preferably be completed by 10 January 2026
