Things break all the time in my house and I am looking for someone to help me. At the moment: - my Samsung fridge has been flooding water at two points when I try to have the automated water jug in and I’m not sure why. It’s not all the time. - my BBQ is connected to the house gas valve, but even though the gas in the house works fine, the bbq only turns on once in a while. No rhyme or reason. - my sprinklers are on a timer and have stopped turning on. I’ve changed the timer batteries and reset it 3 times and for some reason it still won’t automatically turn on once a day. - some door handles are broken - I need a small wall painted - heatlamp and strip light are out but I’m not sure how to replace Looking for someone that will be able to help long term with the odd breakdown or issue, who isn’t winging it and knows how to properly fix things. Hi, I need a qualified electrician or LED-lighting installer to install a KOMIGAN Intelligent Motion Sensor LED Stair Lighting Kit (model KMG-3233, 16 stairs, 3000 K warm white) on my indoor staircase. Job details: Stairs: 15 steps with 16 nosings (indoor). Treads: carpeted (already installed). Risers: black wood-grain contact paper. Kit includes: 16 × 1 m LED strips, controller, 2 motion sensors, power supply, and cables. Prefer mounting under each nosing for a cascading feature effect. Power source available near the top of the stairs (standard 240 V outlet). Need all wiring concealed neatly along the stringer or side wall. Must ensure the lighting works with the motion sensors (cascade mode). Bring any extra low-voltage cable, clips, or connectors needed for a clean finish. Requirements: Must be a licensed electrician or have verifiable experience installing low-voltage LED stair kits. Provide all tools and fixings.
