I'm looking for an experienced and licensed air conditioning technician to supply and install a new ducted air conditioning system in my 2-bedroom penthouse apartment in wolli creek. The existing system is over 10 years old and no longer working properly. The outdoor unit is located on the rooftop. A technician has recommended a 7kW Daikin ducted system, but I'm open to other reliable and affordable brands, including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Fujitsu, kogan or similar. **Job requirements:** - Remove the existing faulty system. - Supply and install a new energy-efficient ducted system. - Reuse existing ductwork and ceiling vents where possible. - Check rooftop drainage, electrical safety and weather exposure. - Advise if any ceiling or gyprock repairs are required. I'm looking for a cost-effective, long-term solution rather than an unnecessarily expensive installation. Please provide your **best competitive quote**, including GST, brand and model, installation costs and warranty details. Happy to arrange an inspection if required. Thank you! Hi! I need a plasterer to fill and repair 8 holes in the ceiling and walls, left after electrical works. What's needed: • Repair all 8 holes (mix of ceiling and wall), roughly 90-100mm round. Photos attached. • Patch the holes with plasterboard (Gyprock) or a suitable patch kit, then set with compound. • I've kept the original plasterboard cutouts and can supply them if useful, but you're welcome to use your own patches or materials if that gives a better finish. • Clean up dust and debris when finished.
