260725 1518~ Title: Erect & dismantle hired mobile scaffold (SB Licensed) – Redfern Budget: $650 (labour only) I require an experienced scaffolder to erect and later dismantle a hired aluminium mobile scaffold for a residential roof replacement at a terrace house in Redfern/Darlington, NSW. Important: The budget is labour only. I will separately arrange and pay for the scaffold hire, delivery and return (likely Kennards Hire or similar). Scope Inspect the hired scaffold components on delivery. Erect the scaffold in a narrow rear access alley beside the house. Configure it to provide approximately a 4–5 metre platform height, or as required for safe roof edge access. Ensure it is level, braced and stabilised in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable requirements. Inspect, hand over and leave the scaffold tagged (Scafftag or equivalent inspection tag), ready for use. Return approximately one week later to dismantle the scaffold and prepare it for collection. Requirements At least one person attending must personally hold a current NSW High Risk Work Basic Scaffolding (SB) licence. The SB licence holder must personally supervise, inspect and sign off the scaffold erection. Provide a copy/photo of the SB licence before commencing. Provide evidence of current public liability insurance. Experience erecting aluminium mobile scaffolds. Bring all tools required for assembly. Please include in your offer Your fixed price for both visits. Whether you will attend alone or with an assistant. Confirmation that at least one person attending holds a current NSW High Risk Work Basic Scaffolding (SB) licence. Confirmation of current public liability insurance. Brief details of your experience erecting similar mobile scaffolds. Please ask any questions about site access before quoting. We have a very small toilet room that needs - smoothing and filling out some small grout gaps between wall tiles (we’ve done a rough job already) - application of wallpaper to the walls - installation of a small sink (plumbing is already there and fixed to the slab) Floor dimensions = - 126cm from door to the back (or 100cm to the stink pipe) - 76cm width of door (and 59cm width at back of toilet to stink pipe) - 206cm height at door (and 180cm height at back where toilet is) + Possibility of an additional toilet replacement. If so we will need your help and will fall outside this scope, ie includes extra payment of course. This may make the wallpapering easier. We have most of the materials, and will pay for the remainder of materials required, so the price for this job is for labour. Please ask questions as needed.

Handyman Needed – Install Integrated Fridge Door Brackets + Repair & Paint Water-Damaged Ceiling We're looking for an experienced handyman to complete two small jobs at our home: Job 1 – Install Fridge Door Brackets * Install **integrated fridge door sliding brackets** to our existing Westinghouse fridge. * **Brackets will be supplied** – we just need someone experienced to fit and align them correctly so the cabinet doors open and close smoothly. * There are **2 fridge doors** (fridge and freezer) to be fitted. Job 2 – Patch & Paint Ceiling * Patch and repair a section of the ceiling that has been damaged by a previous water leak (the leak has already been fixed). * Sand, prepare, patch any damaged plaster, and repaint the affected area so it blends in with the existing ceiling. * Please supply all patching materials and paint (or let us know if you'd prefer us to purchase the paint beforehand). **Requirements:** * Experience with cabinet/fridge door installations and basic plaster repairs. * Own tools required. * Please include examples/photos of similar work if available. Hi, I would like a quote to replace/upgrade the bathroom ceiling. Bathroom size: approximately 175 cm x 360 cm. The existing ceiling has removable panels, and there is a lot of plumbing/services above it from the unit upstairs, including a ceiling-mounted shower head. Scope requested: * inspect the existing ceiling frame and advise what can be retained; * install a new flat, moisture-resistant Gyprock/plasterboard ceiling suitable for a bathroom; * provide a practical removable access section/panel for plumbing and services above the ceiling; * ensure access remains available around the ceiling shower head and any valves or plumbing connections; * set, tape and finish all fixed Gyprock joints ready for painting; * make good the perimeter where the ceiling meets the walls. My preference is for the ceiling to look like a normal clean Gyprock ceiling, but with a discreet removable access panel or removable section where needed. Please advise the best layout and size for the access area, and whether a fixed central panel with removable surrounding panels would work better. Please include labour, framing/materials, access panels, plastering and disposal of old ceiling materials in the quote. Note Materials can be provided I will be on site and am happy to assist with lifting, holding measuring, or other tasks where helpful.
