Hi, we need someone to help install a small ceiling-hung sign outside our shop. The sign will be used as a customer-facing shop sign / promotional sign near the storefront entrance. The job includes: Checking the ceiling structure outside the shopfront Installing a small hanging sign securely Making sure the sign is straight, stable and safely fixed Advising what hooks, screws, chains or brackets are needed Bringing suitable tools and fixings if possible The sign is small, but it needs to be installed safely and neatly because it will be outside the shop and visible to customers. I’m looking for an experienced tiler/bathroom specialist (and/or licensed plumber) to refresh my small apartment bathroom in Erskineville. The bathroom is functional but needs a proper clean-up, plus I’ll be supplying a new toilet that needs installation. Scope of work: 1. Silicone removal & replacement (priority) - Remove ALL existing silicone: - Around bathtub (including glass screen) - Vertical corners - Edges and joins - Current silicone is uneven and deteriorating (see photos) - Replace with clean, straight, mould-resistant silicone 2. Grout refresh - Clean up and regrout where needed (walls and/or floor) - Focus on improving appearance rather than full deep regrout unless required - Seal grout after completion 3. Painted floor tile treatment - Floor tiles have been painted by previous owner and are worn/patchy - Either: - Remove paint to restore tiles, OR - Advise on best alternative (e.g. proper repaint with tile paint) - Please specify your recommended approach - I also have some hybrid flooring that can be laid over the top if recommended 4. Install new toilet (I will supply) - Remove and dispose of existing toilet - Install new toilet suite - Ensure proper sealing and connection Bathroom details: - Small apartment bathroom (1.5m x 2m) - Shower over bath with glass screen - Wall tiles are not painted - Floor tiles are painted - Photos provided Important: - I want a clean, professional finish — especially silicone lines and grout Timing: - Flexible, ideally within 1–2 weeks Please include: - Your quote - What’s included (labour/materials) - Brief approach for floor tile paint - Photos of similar work Thanks!

Trade Plasterer required to work with Builder and labour. We will be gluing gyprock directly to rendered walls in a large apartment in Bondi. Also installing sheeting to ceilings in lounge room and bathroom. Must be good at setting work and installing cornice. Complete walk up start everything provided including sheeting glue cornice panel lift so all you need to do is basically set joints cut and install cornice. A labourer will be provided at your disposal. You will be contracted for a period of about 3 to 4 weeks coming and going as each area is being prepared. You’ll be paid on a weekly basis. Only trade plasterers need apply please no handyman.
