Door dimensions: 📏 2040 × 820 × 35 mm 🚪 4-panel internal door, similar to the Hume Oakfield HC2 Job includes: Supply/purchase the new door Remove and dispose of the existing door Trim/plane the new door if required Install hinges Reuse/install the existing door handle and hardware where suitable Fit and align the new door properly Make sure it opens and closes smoothly Take away the old door/rubbish 💰 Maximum budget: $300 ALL INCLUSIVE This $300 includes the door, materials and labour. I will not be purchasing the door separately. I’m looking for someone experienced who can buy the suitable door, bring everything needed and complete the whole job. Looking for an experienced handyman to fix an aluminum sliding glass door leading to the balcony. Job Details: Bottom Rollers: The door is very heavy and hard to slide / completely stuck. The bottom rollers/carriages need to be replaced and adjusted so the door slides smoothly. Door Handle/Lock: The handle mechanism is broken/missing (see photos). Needs to be repaired or replaced with a compatible sliding door handle/latch. Parts: Please quote for labour only, or state in your offer if your quote includes replacement rollers and a standard handle. (I can reimburse parts with receipt, or provide them if you tell me what to buy). Please bring your own tools (suction cups, screwdrivers, etc.) to lift and safely handle the glass door.

I’m looking for an experienced handyman to install new gyprock to the walls and ceiling of a small external toilet. The room is approximately 3m × 1.5m. XH 2.3m Wall height can be measured on site. Scope of work: * Install gyprock to the internal walls * Install gyprock to the ceiling * Neatly cut around the existing toilet, plumbing, door and other fittings * Securely fix the gyprock * Set/join and finish the sheets and corners * Leave surfaces smooth and ready for painting * Clean up all work-related waste The existing walls are rock solid and structurally sound. This is primarily a cosmetic upgrade to give the toilet a clean, finished appearance. I am not looking to rebuild the walls. Please quote labour and materials.
