We’re looking for a Meta ads creative specialist to produce static image ads and short-form video creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns. This role is creative production focused. We will provide angles, offers, and direction, but we value creators who can also suggest improvements based on performance thinking. What You’ll Create • Static image ads optimised for Meta feeds • Short-form video ads (5–30 seconds) • Formats for Facebook Feed, Instagram Feed, Stories, and Reels • Variations for testing (hooks, headlines, visuals) What We Care About You understand direct-response advertising, not just design aesthetics. You know how to: • Capture attention in the first 1–3 seconds • Use text overlays and visuals that feel native to the feed • Design with conversion in mind (not over-designed or corporate) Content Themes • Property investing pain points and objections • Authority-driven messaging (clarity, data, outcomes) • Simple, strong CTAs (free strategy call, investor guide, webinar) Deliverables • Static ads in 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 • Vertical-first video ads • Editable files (Canva, Figma, or Adobe) • Clear naming and organisation for testing Ideal Experience • Proven Meta ad creative experience • Experience with property, finance, investing, or high-ticket services (preferred) • Comfortable iterating creatives based on performance feedback • Strong attention to detail and fast turnaround To Apply Please include: 1.
