We currently have a garden gate with an internal bolt (pic attached). As I cannot reach this from the street in order to gain access to the garden, I’m looking for a slightly more secure lock to be installed lower down with a key. Hi, I’m renovating and need an experienced carpenter/handyman to complete the following: 1. Fix / Rebuild Arched Door Opening • Repair damaged plaster around the arch • Recreate a clean, smooth curved arch finish • Prepare surface so my painter can finish it 2. Replace Internal Doors • Remove old doors • Install new doors (standard OR new arched doors — open to options) • Install hinges + handles • Adjust or repair door frames if needed 3. Minor Carpentry Repairs • Patch plaster around the air-con area • Fix wall where the kitchen was removed • Repair damaged areas around the pipes • Clean edges around demolished walls so it’s ready for painter/flooring team Notes • Flooring and painting will be done by other trades. • Photos attached for reference. • Must have own tools, insurance, and experience.
