I recently had a wooden platform removed from a bedroom, which has left some damage to the lower sections of the walls from screws/nails and adhesive. Looking for an experienced handyman, plasterer or painter to: - Remove remaining adhesive and loose material. - Fill nail/screw holes and repair damaged plasterboard. - Patch, sand and prepare the walls for painting. - Prime/seal repaired areas as required. - Repaint all walls in the room for a consistent finish. - Protect the timber flooring and existing fittings and clean up afterwards. The skirting boards are generally intact and do not require replacement. Please advise whether your quote includes all labour, repair materials. I will provide the paint.

I’m looking for an experienced handyman to complete two installation jobs at a spa: 1. Securely mount one framed painting on a concrete wall inside a treatment room. You will need to supply the appropriate concrete fixings and bring a masonry drill, level and all necessary tools. 2. Securely hang a signage banner in our designated car space using suitable, weather-resistant fixings. This must be completed today, with arrival after 5:00 pm. The spa operates during the day and we cannot have drilling noise while clients are receiving treatments. Please only make an offer if you: • Are available after 5:00 pm • Have experience mounting items safely on concrete • Can bring all necessary tools and suitable fixings • Will leave the areas clean and tidy afterward Please include all labour and standard mounting hardware in your offer. Micro Cement Applicator – Laundry Walls Looking for an experienced decorative plasterer to apply a micro cement finish to the exposed wall areas in our newly renovated laundry. The room is currently under renovation with new cabinetry already installed. I’m after a soft, matte, natural micro cement finish with subtle movement — not polished Venetian plaster. The finish needs to suit a modern coastal farmhouse interior. Walls will include the exposed areas around the cabinetry, sink and mirror/toilet area as appropriate. Please quote including: - Wall preparation - Micro Cement application - All required coats - Appropriate sealing/protection for a laundry environment - Labour and materials Please only respond if you have experience applying micro cement/decorative finishes. The exposed ceiling section is approximately 6m long x 500mm wide and includes exposed timber/steel beams. There is also an exposed steel column that needs to be boxed/framed and plastered.
