The bathroom tiles are white, so any similar white tiles should be fine. For the laundry area, we’re happy to use any colour that goes well with the wall paint. Looking for a handyman to install a replacement section of outdoor ceiling (eaves) in Willetton. The damaged fibre cement sheet has already been removed. The section (from the corner to approx. 15 cm past the camera location) now needs to be replaced with a new sheet. Security camera also needs to be reinstalled after installation. Scope: Supply (or I can supply) and install fibre cement sheet Cut to size and fix securely Seal joints to prevent future water ingress Reinstall security camera Single-storey house with easy access. Ignore my budget as not sure what it should cost - I will go with the best experience along with the most competitive quote as selection criteria. Looking for an experienced plasterer / gyprock installer to replace walls and ceilings in selected areas of my home following asbestos removal. Scope of Work: Supply and install plasterboard (gyprock) to walls and ceilings in areas highlighted orange on the attached mud map for replacement (previously asbestos-affected zones). Set, tape, sand, and prepare surfaces ready for painting. Areas Included: “Study”/ where the stairs are (orange highlighted area): Replace walls and ceiling. Laundry & Toilet: Ceilings remain (not asbestos) – no work required overhead. Replace walls only. Note: Shower walls are tiled and will remain untouched. Additional Details: Asbestos removal is already underway / being completed separately. Framing is expected to remain, but may need minor adjustments. Standard ceiling height approx. 2400mm–3100mm in some areas. Access is straightforward. What I’m Looking For: Proven experience with plasterboard installation and finishing. Own tools and ability to supply materials. Attention to detail—finish must be paint-ready. Ability to start soon after asbestos removal is completed. I need a quote for re panelling of a room. The room will be stripped of all the old plaster ceiling and walls. The room is a jarrah timber frame and has the following dimensions of 302cm deep, 270cm high and 490 cm long. After taking out the back exit and front door and window I estimate the is around 50 sqr metres . I need the ceil installed and 4 walls. Not sure if it is best for me to provide material or not. Not sure what the final price will but presume there is about $1K in material plus labour
