I’m looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to inspect and repair several maintenance issues at my investment property. The following items need attention: 1. Fireplace decommissioning + make good I’m looking for someone to remove/modify the inside of an existing fireplace, square off the opening, and cap/seal the chimney so it is no longer operational. The fireplace previously had a gas heater installed, which has now been removed and line capped by a plumber. We’re now wanting to convert it into a neat, non-functioning decorative fireplace recess (for a wine rack) - the final 2 images are examples. House is a 1950s double brick veneer in Braybrook.
