Title: Replace Roller on Bathroom Sliding Glass Door Description: One of the bottom rollers on my bathroom sliding glass shower door has broken/fallen off. Looking for experienced plasterer to install a soundproof partition wall (approx. 3.2*2.5M ). Labour only. Job Requirements 1. No drilling, no touching, no pressure on the popcorn ceiling — may contain asbestos, must not be damaged. 2. No drilling, no nailing, no fixing into floor tiles to avoid any damage. 3. The partition wall will be firmly fixed only to the left and right solid internal walls for stability. 4. Rubber pads must be placed under the wall base to protect floor tiles. 5. Full soundproof construction: acoustic plasterboard, acoustic insulation batts, and soundproof mat. 6. Supply and install complete timber door set including door jamb, hinges, door handle and lock, with professional lock hole cutting and fitting. 7. All gaps sealed with acoustic sealant for better soundproofing. 8. Full finishing: joint setting, sanding, and painting the entire wall. 9. Worker to accompany me to Bunnings for material selection and purchase, then fully handle all loading, transport and carrying of all materials upstairs to the unit — no heavy lifting from me. 10. Full dust protection with plastic sheet before work, clean all dust and rubbish after finished. 11. All plasterboard work must be straight, no crooked frame, no uneven wall. 12. Complete the whole job properly, no leaving unfinished work and rush to leave. Qualification Requirements • Must hold Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining (CPC31220) • Must have NSW Contractor Licence • Must have $20M+ Public Liability Insurance • Experienced in old brick apartments and popcorn ceilings Site Details • Location: Fairfield NSW • 3rd floor, NO LIFT Please quote your total labour cost.
