Asbestos tested – NO asbestos present. This is professional encapsulation, NOT standard painting. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: 1. Prep: Vacuum all loose dust/flakes thoroughly with industrial H13 HEPA vacuum before application. 2. Patch: Repair and level all asbestos-test drill holes properly first. 3. Dust Control: Fully contain work area; use HEPA negative air extraction to prevent dust spread. 4. Protection: Seal/cover all floors, walls, furniture and fixtures completely. 5. Materials: ONLY official Crommelin Fibroseal system – Crommelin Fibroseal Primer + Crommelin Fibroseal Topcoat. No ordinary paint or substitutes accepted. 6. Application: LOW PRESSURE SPRAY ONLY – no rollers/brushes. 7. Coats: 1 coat Primer for penetration, then 2 coats Topcoat for full seal – follow product specs. 8. Cleanup: Remove all waste and debris completely when finished.
