Remove and dispose of the existing laundry door. b. Supply and install a new door measuring 2040mm x 820mm. c. Transfer and reinstall existing hardware where suitable, or advise if replacement hardware is required. d. Ensure the new door is properly aligned, opens and closes smoothly, and is fully operational. e. Make good any minor adjustments required for fitment. 2. Repair Screen Door a. Replace mesh (mesh supplied - see photo) b. Replace/repair hinges c. Repair 3-point locking mechanism. d. Carry out necessary repairs to restore full functionality. e. Adjust hinges, rollers, locks, catches, or mesh as required. f. Ensure the screen door opens, closes, and latches correctly. 3. Replace Door Sill a. Remove the existing damaged sill. b. Supply and install a suitable replacement sill. c. Ensure the sill is securely fixed, level, weatherproof where required, and finished neatly. Requirements: a. Experienced handyman, carpenter, or licensed tradesperson with relevant experience. b. Supply all labour, tools, equipment, and materials required unless otherwise agreed. c. Remove all waste materials and leave the work area clean and tidy upon completion. I need an experienced carpenter, locksmith or security-door installer to secure an external timber door that has been damaged during a forced entry. I need someone available tomorrow to: * Measure the opening and confirm the correct security screen door size. * Install a strong security screen door, preferably stainless-steel mesh with a multi-point lock. * Repair and reinforce the damaged latch-side door frame/jamb as required. * Ensure all security hardware is fixed into solid structural framing, not just damaged trim. * Check the existing main door, lock and strike plate and reinforce them where necessary. * Ideally advise me what security door/materials to purchase beforehand, or supply them if you can. The priority is making the entry properly secure against another forced entry, not simply replacing the damaged latch. Budget: $350 labour only. I will pay for the security door and other required materials separately. If additional labour is needed after inspection, please quote it before proceeding. Bathroom Acrylic Panel & Mirror Installation – Scope of Works Seeking an experienced handyman with previous experience installing acrylic wall panels and mirrors. Materials supplied by owner * Acrylic back panel – 800 mm × 1300 mm * Two acrylic side infill panels – 50 mm × 800 mm * 600 mm × 900 mm mirror Bostik v60 silicon Installer to supply: * Mirror-safe neutral cure silicone * All fixings, consumables and tools Visit 1 – Before vanity installation * Check wall is suitable for installation and advise of any issues. * Install one 800 × 1300 mm acrylic panel to the full back wall of the vanity recess. * Install two 50 × 800 mm acrylic side infill panels. * Fix panels using Bostik V60 * Ensure all panels are plumb, level, aligned and securely bonded. * Clean the panels and leave the area ready for the plumber to install the vanity. Visit 2 – After vanity installation by plumber * Install one 600 × 900 mm mirror, centred above the vanity. * Securely mount the mirror using the manufacturer’s fixing system, locating studs where possible or using appropriate heavy-duty wall anchors. * Apply mirror-safe neutral cure silicone where required to prevent movement. * Apply a neat bead of neutral cure silicone along the junction between the vanity top and acrylic panel * Clean the work area and remove all rubbish.
