Build remote-closure spider catcher-a small cage attached at the end of a very long pole ( I have a long aluminium pole that you could pick up to use if you’ll be in the Brunswick East area) that can trap insects/spiders. The cage should have a hinged door that stays open until I pull a cord at the handle end and it closes securely. The spider must not be able to climb out once the door is shut (add mesh or keep gaps small)). I don’t have to be close to the spider at all- operation should be from the handle. Please advise re cost of materials & labour

Hi there, I’m looking for someone experienced and reliable to help with a few jobs around the house. I can assist where needed, but most of these require two hands and a bit of muscle. Jobs include: • Moving a very heavy bunk bed from one side of the bedroom to the other (Same room just a new layout) • Lifting a large, heavy mirror from landscape to portrait orientation • Drilling and mounting several pieces of artwork (3) • Installing 8 Arlo security cameras (indoor + outdoor) Details: • Estimated time: roughly 2–3 hours depending on experience • Located in Riverview • You’ll need your own tools (drill, screws, etc.) • Flexible with timing — ideally a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday when the children are not home • Parking available Please quote for labour only. Window edges - need cement rendering. Only top edge on 2 windows. You to supply all material and labour. During the course of cleaning, we were removing old double glaze windows and hangers for blinds. As a result these were all stuck on using silicon and industrial strength tape and when we removed these, the cement came off. Please note the following brief: - some of the cement render which has come off from the top part of the window is an 20mm thick. 2 windows affected. Others not so much. Photos are attached - I need the windows taped to protect the aluminium frame and I need all this damage fixed. - the edges 45 degree angles need to be finished off smoothly. - I require this done as soon as possible - I need a professional and licensed - I have painters who need to paint this so your guidance for drying time needs to be given please. - quality licensed person to do this . - work needs to be guaranteed and weather proof, waterproof. - I need sealed and primed ready for painting as well. Sealing and priming to be done by you - 2 windows: 1150mm high x 1800mm wide. - location: Homebush West. - photos attached. - every precaution needs to be taken to ensure this is secure and also ensure that the underside of the rendering does not drop off whilst drying or supported if need be. - if you would like to inspect before doing the job, I am available. - I need you to protect all flooring and furniture and ensure that you clean up after yourself and remove and debris - please specify your warranty period. Needs to be minimum 10 years
